The fact is that the average man’s love of liberty is nine-tenths imaginary, exactly like his love of sense, justice and truth. He is not actually happy when free; he is uncomfortable, a bit alarmed, and intolerably lonely. Liberty is not a thing for the great masses of men. It is the exclusive possession of a small and disreputable minority, like knowledge, courage and honor. It takes a special sort of man to understand and enjoy liberty – and he is usually an outlaw in democratic societies.

Why do I have to have a RELIGIOUS exemption for a vaccine? That a assumes a sort of irrational opposition.
Why can't they give me a scientific exemption for a vaccine?
Oh, that's right. The science is in. They've made their version of science a religion as well.

You know what Bo Jiden is really afraid of re: the States that are opening up everything? Numbers of reported cases/deaths are going to continue to go DOWN and he won't have any way to explain that.

A long but excellent piece by Peter Bryne. In it, Bryne provides his personal reflections of what the election *means*

I've struggled with intellectual consistency of laughing at those who shouted, "Not my President" while simultaneously disavowing the Biden regime. Bryne gives a reasonable take on that question.

He delves into the left/right differences between Process and Outcome in a way I'd not heard before. Well worth a read.

If forced to choose, most Libertarians would probably prefer the Bill of Rights to be restored instead of having legal drugs and homosexuality.
